Oenosoul Wine Consulting Corporation was founded by three visionary friends and alumni, Swapnil Metkar, Roshan Khandbahale, Vijay Bagade and Swapnil Metkar. United by a shared passion for the wine industry, they bring a combined wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Swapnil Metkar, Roshan Khandbahale, Vijay Bagade and Swapnil Metkar each have over 10 years of experience in the wine business. Their expertise spans international wine markets, trends, Indian wine production, marketing, distribution, wine education, training, and consulting.
Swapnil Metkar
At the heart of Oenosoul is Swapnil Metkar, a visionary enologist and proud Nashik native with over a decade of experience revolutionizing India’s wine industry. With a Master’s in Wine and a rich background working at renowned wineries in New Zealand, California, and India, Swapnil seamlessly blends global expertise with local insight.
His consulting journey has been marked by transformative projects across India, specializing in winery operations, facility development, and crafting premium wines. Currently consulting for five leading organizations across India

Roshan Khandbahale
Roshan Khandbahale, Founder of OenoSoul Consultants, brings over a decade of international winemaking experience to the table. With a Masters in Wine Brewing and Alcohol Technology, and a global career spanning India, Italy, the USA, and New Zealand, He offers a unique blend of technical expertise and global perspectives.He provides a strong foundation for the consulting practice at OenoSoul Consultants.
As the Founder of OenoSoul Consultants, he offers, tailored solutions that address your specific challenges, from vineyard establishment to management and winemaking optimization to navigating the complexities of the Indian market. Roshan is specialized in quality control, process optimization, and navigating regulatory compliance.
Vijay M Bagade
Vijay M Bagade is a seasoned winemaker with a passion for exploration, having crafted wines in renowned regions worldwide. Holding a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Winemaking, he has refined his skills through 10+ years of international and domestic experience.
His winemaking journey spans esteemed wine-producing countries, including New Zealand, Austria, the USA, and India. He currently works as a Vintage Assistant Winemaker at NZ Wineries Ltd, a prominent winery based in New Zealand.
Since 2017, Vijay has shared his expertise as an Education and Work Consultant. Through Oenosoul, he empowers wine enthusiasts and professionals, providing guidance on wine education, career development, and more.Our Experts
